Special stone effects in combination with grey and black granite cladding on walls and copings infusion with Glass railings, carpet grass flooring and granite slabs make this place a very comfortable place for outdoor dining activities and events

Structural design of a state-of-the-art auditorium with a capacity of 1500 at North Eastern Hill University, Meghalaya

The interior of the NEDFi Corporate office is a state-of-the-art amongst the corporate offices in the North-East. The project was executed in two phases, in association with Banka Associates for a total cost of Rs. 860 lakhs. The interiors are spread across an area of 50,000 square feet on three floors. It includes an exhibition gallery, an auditorium, meeting rooms, conference rooms, officers' chambers, workstations, dining areas etc.

First of it's kind in Guwahati, this electric crematorium of 2-storeyed height with a built-up area of 12,500 sq.ft. consists of latest technology furnaces and with non-polluting devices. A well-organised landscaping all around the building enhances a very vibrant and peaceful abode for the users.

A joint venture between ITC Limited & SRD Nutrients Pvt. Ltd. under the common banner NENPL, it is the first factory rated Green Building in Mangaldoi, Assam. This project accommodates a very well planned industrial unit and an amenity block wherein special emphasis has been given to landscaping, energy efficiency and simulation system. It’s a privilege and honour to have been adjudged the best Architecture firm amongst many other competitors on a national level.

The interior of the bank branch office was planned to give it a spacious and serene environment of work. The colour selections and finishes were done to give it a rich corporate look. The project cost was Rs. 50 lakhs. Functional areas included meeting rooms, conference rooms, officers' chambers, workstations, dining areas etc.

Spread over a total Land area of 45,000 sq.ft. , this Temple shall stand as one of the Iconic buildings in the heart of the city with a basement plate for the parking lots covering almost three-fourths of the Land area with well decorated outdoor landscaping on the rooftop. The 5 storied height Temple rests on a pedestal with the main Gumbaz symbolising the character of Lord Jagganath Temple at Puri, Odisha.

The interiors of the hotel needed to be contemporary, yet very homely for the guests, at the same time being user-friendly. Keeping this in mind, the rooms and other areas were planned to give a feeling of simplicity and elegance with the use of special finishes. Other amenities like banquet hall, restaurant lobby etc are also given premium touches as per the high standard of the hotel.

For the first time in the North-Eastern Region and the first Tetra-Pack plant of its kind, M/s Trinity Fructa Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture of Jagdale Group of Industries and Vinpack Industries of Bangalore together with the SR Deka Group of Mangaldoi, Assam have established a ready-to-serve fruit-based beverages plant at Mangaldoi Industrial Area in the Darrang District of Assam.Designers' Guild was entrusted with complete design and execution of the plant facility.

Spread over a built-up area of almost 40,000 sq.ft. the landscaping for the NEDFi Corporate Office Building Project was done very interestingly by incorporating various elements like Water bodies, fountains, connecting bridges, paved walkways, flower garden, etc. over a well organised lush green lawn which creates as a canvas to the stand-alone glass facade structure.

Spread across a total area of 680 sq.ft., this showroom provides a platform for a good shopping experience of traditional handloom and handicraft products and wearables. The interior of the showroom has been done in such a way that it gives an ethnic touch to the overall look and ambience, keeping in sync with the Brand and Products. The display shelves have been designed in a distinctive way to break the monotony of the otherwise long and bulky shelves, also making it inviting to the customers. Furniture done in a combination of white and wooden finish, the baffle ceiling, the jaali partition and a bit of light play indeed enhanced the character of the space.

A Modern Porpcorn Snacks Manufacturing Plant with a Total Built Up area of 21,000 sq.ft.

This Holy structure with a total built-up area of 9,500 sq.ft. stands on two floors with the Gumbaz of 9 meters height from the roof-top level. The temple is surrounded by a well-organised landscaping that adds on to the beauty and sanctity of the complex.

This is a concept project for the Convention Center for Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd, with a total built-up area of 90,000 sqft. Special emphasis was given with respect to the traditional architectural elements and features of Assam.

A Three storeyed height building with a built-up area of 12,000 sq.ft. includes training halls, seminar halls & library with guests rooms and dining facilities

The Terrace garden situated on a third floor level of the Bungalow with a small built-up area of approximately 540 sq.ft. provides a strong rustic appeal with the use of glass railing, high wall panels in combination with Stone finished wall claddings, Murals and granite floorings. Potted flower plants and planter boxes with shrubs organised at various levels all along the edge of the Terrace adds on to the overall beauty and serene composition of the space.

B+G+4 RCC COMMERCIAL BUILDING (75 YEARS JUBILEE BUILDING) FOR CBCNEI, PANBAZAR

Assam regional office building of seven storeyed height for a total built-up area of 83,000 sq.ft. consists of a centrally located atrium with pyramidal skylight on the top. This is the first multi-storeyed steel framed building in Eastern region of India with large column grids of 12.5 X 6.2 meters with R.C.C. Shear walls for seismic resistance.

This conceptual design for the SBI Learning Centre at Bhubaneswar, Odisha with a total built-up area of 20,000 sq.ft.

It was an industrial project to develop the Horlicks packaging plant for SRD Nutrients Pvt. Ltd. at Mangaldoi, Assam involving a cost of Rs. 260 lakhs.

Head Office for NESFB, RGVN, Guwahati with a total built-up area of 14,000 sqft. This interior project was involved with a concept of modern implications of materials. The basic idea was to give the users a friendly and welcoming environment. This project has modern techniques and products used.

Bamboo Technology Park (BTP), a Section 25 Company, is a project for setting up a common infrastructure and facilities for the benefit of bamboo based industrial cluster at Chaygaon, near Guwahati, Assam under Assam Industrial Infrastructure (IIUS) Scheme, launched by the Department of Industrial Promotion & Policy (DIPP), Govt. of India. This project has a Total Built up area of 1,50,000 sqft. housing infrastructure, including state-of-the-art common facility centres, bamboo handicraft units, marketing, research and product design centre administrative building, workers' amenity centre, guest house, raw material & finished goods yard, etc. The total project cost was Rs. 6228 lakhs.

This project involved structural strengthening of the Central Warehouse, Tea Blending Unit and other Support Buildings (Phase I & II) under AIIDC at Amingaon, Guwahati. The project cost was Rs. 2200 lakhs.

The SBI e-Gallery prototype was designed and executed for all branches of the State Bank of India. The gallery needed to have the look of advanced technology in the banking system, at the same time maintaining easy flow and privacy of users.

The interiors of the Corporate Office of ONGC at Guwahati were done with an eye on the proper hierarchy of designation and at the same time utilizing maximum space for circulation. All facilities for a major corporate office like reception lobby, meeting rooms, conference rooms, officers' chambers, workstations, dining areas etc. have been provided within the limited floor space of 4500 square feet, using rich finishes. The total project cost was 1200 lakhs.

Designers' Guild was entrusted with the development of common infrastructure and facilities for promotion of local agricultural produce under the Bodoland Territorial Council Package (NLCPR), the total cost being Rs. 907 lakhs.
