Design of the Out lounge for NEDFi's Corporate Office at Guwahati. A well decorated open Terrace with dining facilities for corporate offices, this outdoor Lounge with a total Built-up area of 860 sq.ft. on the fourth floor level of the building acts as an extension to the Indoor Dining area. Special stone effects in combination with grey and black granite cladding on walls and copings infusion with Glass railings, carpet grass flooring and granite slabs make this place a very comfortable place for outdoor dining activities and events

Spread over a built-up area of almost 40,000 sq.ft. the landscaping for the NEDFi Corporate Office Building Project was done very interestingly by incorporating various elements like Water bodies, fountains, connecting bridges, paved walkways, flower garden, etc. over a well organised lush green lawn which creates as a canvas to the stand-alone glass facade structure.

The Terrace garden situated on a third floor level of the Bungalow with a small built-up area of approximately 540 sq.ft. provides a strong rustic appeal with the use of glass railing, high wall panels in combination with Stone finished wall claddings, Murals and granite floorings. Potted flower plants and planter boxes with shrubs organised at various levels all along the edge of the Terrace adds on to the overall beauty and serene composition of the space.
