The North East Craft Village at 9th mile, Jorabat, Assam can be considered as a 'state-of-the-art' greenfield project with a sustainable green campus. It has been conceptualised and planned taking into consideration the exclusive locational advantage of the hilly terrain with brilliant views of the lush and serene hilly environment at various levels.

The Head Office of NERAMAC (North-East Regional Marketing Co. Ltd.) aims to be one of the landmark Green Building Projects in Guwahati. Designers’ Guild has established its innovative standards by being awarded with this Brownfield Project on a comparatively tough design competition on all India basis. It’s a privilege and honour to have been adjudged the best Architecture firm amongst many other competitors on a national level.

This is a concept project for the Convention Center for Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd, with a total built-up area of 90,000 sqft. Special emphasis was given with respect to the traditional architectural elements and features of Assam.
