A joint venture between ITC Limited & SRD Nutrients Pvt. Ltd. under the common banner NENPL, it is the first factory rated Green Building in Mangaldoi, Assam. This project accommodates a very well planned industrial unit and an amenity block wherein special emphasis has been given to landscaping, energy efficiency and simulation system. The total built up area of this project is 1,27,000 sqft.

For the first time in the North-Eastern Region and the first Tetra-Pack plant of its kind, M/s Trinity Fructa Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture of Jagdale Group of Industries and Vinpack Industries of Bangalore together with the SR Deka Group of Mangaldoi, Assam have established a ready-to-serve fruit-based beverages plant at Mangaldoi Industrial Area in the Darrang District of Assam.Designers' Guild was entrusted with complete design and execution of the plant facility.

A Modern Porpcorn Snacks Manufacturing Plant with a Total Built Up area of 21,000 sq.ft.

It was an industrial project to develop the Horlicks packaging plant for SRD Nutrients Pvt. Ltd. at Mangaldoi, Assam involving a cost of Rs. 260 lakhs.

Bamboo Technology Park (BTP), a Section 25 Company, is a project for setting up a common infrastructure and facilities for the benefit of bamboo based industrial cluster at Chaygaon, near Guwahati, Assam under Assam Industrial Infrastructure (IIUS) Scheme, launched by the Department of Industrial Promotion & Policy (DIPP), Govt. of India. This project has a Total Built up area of 1,50,000 sqft. housing infrastructure, including state-of-the-art common facility centres, bamboo handicraft units, marketing, research and product design centre administrative building, workers' amenity centre, guest house, raw material & finished goods yard, etc. The total project cost was Rs. 6228 lakhs.

This project involved structural strengthening of the Central Warehouse, Tea Blending Unit and other Support Buildings (Phase I & II) under AIIDC at Amingaon, Guwahati. The project cost was Rs. 2200 lakhs.

Designers' Guild was entrusted with the development of common infrastructure and facilities for promotion of local agricultural produce under the Bodoland Territorial Council Package (NLCPR), the total cost being Rs. 907 lakhs.
